이번 포스팅은 말리부 시승기 그것도 말리부 2.4를 타고 여행 갔다 온 외국인의 시승기입니다.
말리부 2.4에 관한 전문가의 분석이 아닌지라 세세한 내용은 없습니다만, 말리부 2.4 시승기를 재미로 한 번 읽어 보실 것을 권해드립니다.
Q. 간단한 소개 부탁 드립니다.
제 이름은 르네 대니얼 입니다. 올해 31이구요. 택사스 출신이며 한국에서 약 4년간 영어를 가르쳐왔습니다. 저는 사람들이 많지 않은 곳을 여행하는 것을 좋아합니다. 분당에 살면서 조용하고 평화로운 곳에서 사는 즐거움을 느끼기 시작했습니다.
Q. 말리부 재밌게 타셨나요?
당연하죠.
Q. 이 차의 어떤 점이 마음에 들었나요?
말리부는 멋지고 고급스러운 차입니다. 부드럽게 달리고 실내는 아주 조용합니다. 넓은 타이어 덕에 날카로운 코너도 무리없이 돌아갑니다.후진 할 때, 사이드 밀러가 자동으로 바뀌는 것이나, 차를 타고 내릴 때 시트가 앞뒤로 움직여 주는 것, 스티어링휠에 달려있는 다양한 옵션들, 여러 포지션을 가능하게 해주는 시트, 큰 내비게이션 터치스크린, 자동으로 들어오는 헤드램프, 파킹카메라 등등 너무나 좋은 옵션들이 가득 달려 있습니다.
간단히 말하면, 이 차는 멋지고 남성답습니다.
Q. 이 차의 어떤 부분이 별로였나요?
뒷좌석 천장이 좀 낮은 것 같습니다. 이 차의 크기를 생각하면, 뒷 좌석이 좀 낮은 느낌이 들었습니다.
Q. 여행에 대해 말해주세요.
남해에 다녀왔습니다. 편도 5시간 반 정도 소요된 것 같습니다. 말리부는 고속도로나 작은 시골길에서나 편하게 잘 달려줬습니다.
Q. 한국의 자동차 문화에 대해 어떻게 생각하세요?
한국에서의 운전은 몇몇의 외국인이 말하는 것처럼 그렇게 나쁘진 않습니다. 제가 본 비매너 운전 같은 걸 제외하면, 예를 들자면 1차선에서 천천히 달리는 차 말이죠, 한국의 운전문화는 그리 나쁘지 않습니다.
Q. 이전에 쉐보레 차량을 타본적이 있나요?
쉐보레는 처음입니다. 말리부는 아주 인상적이었습니다.
Q.다른 할 말은요?
말리부는 단단하고 안정적인 차 입니다. 연비도 제가 예상했던 것 보다는 아주 좋았습니다.
1점부터 10점까지 점수를 매기자면, 9점을 주겠습니다.
외국인이 시승한 말리부 2.4! 역시 극찬을 아끼지 않았답니다.

이상, 외국인의 말리부 시승기를 소개한 '어잌후야' 였습니다.
A. My name is Rene Daniel and I am 31 years old. I am from Texas and I have been teaching in Korea for a total of four years. I like to travel to new places that are not very crowded. Living in Bundang has made me enjoy places that are calm and peaceful.
Q. Did you enjoy driving the Malibu?
A. Yes, I did!
Q. What do you like about this car?
A. The car was wonderful and luxurious. The car drove smoothly and it was quiet inside while on the road. The wide tires handled sharp turns very well and kept the car stable.
Q. How the rear view mirrors change automatically when you reverse and go forward, the seat moving back when getting out and moving forward when getting in, the features on the steering wheel, the many options for the driver seats to adjust, the big touch screen for
the navigation, the headlights lights automatically turning on and off, the discrete placement of the camera on the back, and many, many more to write were all too awesome.
A. Overall, the car felt very luxurious, masculine, and cool.
Q. What do you not like about this car?
A. The car ceiling in the back was really low. For a car of its size, the back seat felt a bit small due to the low ceiling.
Q. Tell us about the trip you took.
A. We took a trip to Namhae. It was about a 5 and half hour trip one way. The car handled itself well in both highway and little country roads.
Q. What do you think about the Korean automotive culture?
A. Driving in Korea is honestly not as bad as some foreigners have claimed. Besides the lack of driving etiquette that I observed on the roads, like very slow cars staying on the passing lane, driving in Korea is not bad.
Q. Prior to this experience (the Malibu), did you ever have a chance to drive any Chevrolet vehicles here in Korea (or back home)?
A. This was the first time I have driven a Chevrolet. I was very impressed with the Malibu.
Q. Any other comments?
A. The car was solid. It handled itself well. The gas per litter was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
If I have to rate this car from 1 being poor and 10 being great, I would give it a 9. And last, Lee is great =).
